Time Frame: You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Return Authorization: Before returning an item, please contact us at customers@veranlo.com to receive a return authorization number. Returned packages without a valid return authorization number will not be accepted by our warehouse.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.

Non-returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and clearance items.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please note, bank and finance institution processing times may cause delays in reflecting the refund on your account. Causes of such delays can include bank holidays, processing times, or different banking institutions' protocols.

Exchange Policy: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
